Johannes is an accomplished business professional, having won many prestigious awards in the building industry. His ability to connect with people makes him a natural and passionate leader. Johannes’ vision for WestView is to become a premier production home builder in North America. Johannes is also a committed leader in the community, having coached high school football for over 17 years. His ability to influence young individuals to be successful in the game of life is a passion he carries with him always.
Corey Thomson
Corporate Operations Manager
Corey Thomson is a senior member of the operations team at WestView Builders. She has been with the company since day one, and is integral in day to day systems, training, safety & procedures, and human resources. Corey’s vision is to be Top of Class, and to be the standard for which other home builders emulate. Corey brings over 15 years experience in the construction industry to WestView. She has been in administration, sales, project management and development.
Darcy Pawlak
Corporate Controller
Darcy Pawlak is a Certified General Accountant, working as Financial Controller for WestView Builders. Working for various companies over 15 years has provided Darcy with a good grasp of the financial and business requirements of a number of industries, and has allowed him to increase his knowledge of the role of accounting and finance in the sound operations of a strong company.
Trevor Gent
WestView Capital - Partner
Trevor is responsible for managing WestView Capital, and helping to raise capital for new projects and opportunities. Trevor brings a wealth of experience working 8 years with raising capital for managed real estate projects. He has been involved in raising over $150 million for managed real estate projects.
