Intermediate / Senior Estimator

Looking for a new Career? WestView Builders is looking for an experienced person to join our busy team as Intermediate Estimator or Senior Estimator. We are a growing home builder and winner of 2012 SAM Award with Great Wages, Great Hours (off every Friday at 1pm), Great team to work with. Minimum 3-5 years estimating experience required.

You will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of cost estimates for housing models, you will prepare detailed material take offs and cost estimates, provide sub trade pricing for plans and specifications, prepare cost to complete job projects, issue purchase orders to sub trades and material suppliers, send tender packages to trades and suppliers for pricing quotes, perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Our ideal candidate will be fun, enthusiastic, team player. To excel in this role you will have a minimum of one to three years of residential estimating experience and or have related educational experience. Experience with AutoCAD, timberline or Builder MT Software will be a strong asset.
